A japanese jazz guitarist singer and being popular with his first single song "KAGAYAKI NAGARA" in Japan middle of 1980's...
Here in the Philippines we have also a tagalog version of Saigono iiwake..."IKAW PA RIN" popularized by TED ITO, he is also a Japanese singer, but Ted Ito was become famous of his tagalog version of SAIGONO IIWAKE in 1990's here in Manila.
